You will promote memberships, prebook appointments to support client retention, and ensure top-tier hospitality while maintaining a clean, organized studio and assisting therapists with scheduling and guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and check them in/out with care.
• Manage client communications across email, social media, phone and text.
• Encourage repeat visits by prebooking appointments for client retention.
• Promote memberships and focus on the importance of a monthly ritual.
• Deliver top-tier hospitality and maintain a clean, welcoming studio.
• Strategically book appointments to support therapists' schedules.
• Handle payments and enforce policies such as late cancellation rules.
• Multitask and solve problems with a can-do attitude.
• Daily housekeeping and laundry; keep supplies organized.
• Assist with infrared sauna sessions and equipment upkeep.
