Mood House, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Part Time Spa Associate who brings energy, positivity, and prior spa, fitness, or wellness experience. You will warmly welcome clients, manage checks in/out, and handle multi-channel communications to keep response times quick.

You will promote memberships, prebook appointments to support client retention, and ensure top-tier hospitality while maintaining a clean, organized studio and assisting therapists with scheduling and guest questions.

• Multitask and solve problems with a can-do attitude.
• Daily housekeeping and laundry; keep supplies organized.
• Assist with infrared sauna sessions and equipment upkeep.

We are looking for Part Time Spa Associates! We are looking for an energetic, positive team player with previous spa, fitness, or wellness experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients warmly, checking them in and out with care and efficiency.
• Manage client communication across email, social media, phone, and text like a pro. We value response speed highly.
• Encourage repeat visits by prebooking appointments to ensure client retention.
• Promote and educate clients about memberships, focusing on the importance of a monthly ritual
• Deliver top-tier hospitality to ensure every client feels valued and cared for
• Strategically book appointments to help keep our therapists' schedules running smoothly - your ability to book efficiently directly impacts teammates' income!
• Handle payments and kindly enforce policies such as, late cancellation rules.
• Solve problems with a can-do attitude and know that multitasking is part of the role.

• General daily housekeeping - must be obsessed with cleanliness!
• Keep laundry fully stocked and organized daily
• Facilitate infrared sauna sessions for clients and answer questions they may have
• Responsible for upkeep of supplies and equipment
• Wear many hats - and rock them all - to support the team and clients!
