Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Retail Merchandise Marketing team member to promote and stock the retail area for guests. This role handles cash/credit transactions, maintains inventory, and ensures guest satisfaction while adhering to all policies.

A high school diploma is required, along with cash handling experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be 21+, pass background checks and drug screening, and be available to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Cashiering/money handling experience in fast-paced environment, or equivalent.
• Licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends, flexible hours.
• Prior gaming industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Markets retail merchandise to guests.
• Stock and re-stock the Retail area to ensure adequate inventory.
• Perform cash and/or credit transactions with guests.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and cashiering procedures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through clear communication and assistance.
• Promote positive guest/employee relations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
