Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa, Midland, is hiring for a Spa Concierge to provide the ultimate guest experience and personal attention from check-in to departure. You will educate guests about the Woodhouse experience, assist with locker rooms and amenities, and ensure a seamless, welcoming visit in our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, locker room and amenities, and helping them have a seamless experience.
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time.
• Acts as brand ambassador, ensuring a clean, safe place with the right lighting, music and scent for a memorable guest experience.
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special—guest preferences, such as drinks and neck wraps, and birthdays/anniversaries.
• Backs up the leadership team to keep operations running smoothly.

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care the “big stuff”, you always make sure things are running smoothly
