Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a Spa Concierge at Soothe Spa, The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Breckenridge, CO. The role includes scheduling appointments, handling payments, promoting treatments and retail products, and delivering exceptional guest service.

The position offers variety with evenings and weekends, full-time/part-time non-exempt status, and a compensation range of $20.70–$23.85 per hour plus 10% retail commission, along with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 month of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal/written).
• Basic math skills including handling discounts and commissions.
• Ability to perform computer work and lift 10–25 lbs.
• Exceptional guest service focus and professional demeanor.
• Active listener and problem-solver with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest interactions including appointments, check-ins, and inquiries (in-person, phone, email).
• Process payments and reconcile daily transactions; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and amenities.

About the Role

As our Spa Concierge, you'll play a pivotal role in scheduling appointments, managing daily spa operations, and promoting treatments and retail products while earning 10% commission on retail sales.

Your attention to detail will ensure our pristine spa environment remains immaculate as you process payments, balance daily reports, and deliver personalized service at every guest touchpoint all while surrounded by Breckenridge's breathtaking beauty and the rewarding culture of a nationally recognized Top Workplace.
