Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a friendly Spa Concierge for Soothe Spa at The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Colorado. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, process payments, and promote spa treatments and retail products while ensuring a pristine environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 month of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong English communication (verbal/written).
• Ability to lift 10–25 lbs and perform computer work.

Responsibilities

• Manage all guest interactions including appointments, check-ins, and inquiries (in-person, phone, email).
• Process payments, reconcile daily transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and amenities (grotto, treatment areas, retail space).
• Promote treatments and retail products while enforcing facility policies.
• Support operations through inventory management, social media, and special projects.
• Uphold exceptional service standards and company policies.
• Participate in training and sustainability initiatives.
