Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a Spa Concierge at Soothe Spa, The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Breckenridge, CO. The role includes scheduling appointments, handling payments, promoting treatments and retail products, and delivering exceptional guest service.

The position offers variety with evenings and weekends, full-time/part-time non-exempt status, and a compensation range of $20.70–$23.85 per hour plus 10% retail commission, along with strong benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 month of customer service experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong English communication skills (verbal/written).
Basic math skills including handling discounts and commissions.
Ability to perform computer work and lift 10–25 lbs.
Exceptional guest service focus and professional demeanor.
Active listener and problem-solver with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage guest interactions including appointments, check-ins, and inquiries (in-person, phone, email).
Process payments and reconcile daily transactions; resolve discrepancies.
Maintain spa cleanliness and amenities.
Promote treatments and retail products; enforce policies.
Support operations through inventory management, social media, and special projects.
Uphold service standards and company policies.
Participate in training and sustainability initiatives.
