Job summary

Tricoci Salon & Spa is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, welcoming visit from arrival through checkout with top-tier service.

You will greet clients, guide them to service areas, encourage rebooking, and educate them on services and promotions. Strong communication and organization are essential, with evenings and weekends possible.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role (spa/salon/hospitality/retail)
• Reservation experience is a plus
• Proficient with computer systems and POS software
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly, guide them to service areas, and curate a seamless experience from arrival to checkout
• Schedule clients for their next appointment and encourage repeat visits
• Meet KPI targets (rebooking, retail conversion, gift cards, etc.)
• Educate clients on services, promotions, and products
• Accurately process cash and credit transactions and log communications with the team
