Tricoci is seeking a Service Support Assistant to ensure an exceptional client experience by providing attentive service and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all salon and spa areas. You will welcome guests, offer beverages, and support amenities to create a serene, well-stocked environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand on feet for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard customer service at the Tricoci Salon & Spa.
• Support and guide clients during their time in the salon/spa.
• Offer beverages as needed to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across spa and salon areas.
• Ensure locker rooms and amenities are stocked and tidy.
• Sanitize showers, walls, doors, and drains regularly.
• Assist with daily laundry operations and replenish linens.
• Maintain beverage stations with glassware and drinks.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork and excellent client service.
