Tricoci Salon & Spa is hiring a Client Experience Specialist to welcome clients, guide them through services, and ensure a seamless visit. You will handle inquiries, educate clients on offerings, and support smooth transactions at checkout.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a passion for beauty and wellness, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa/salon, hospitality, or retail environment.
• Reservation experience is a plus.
• Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and curate a welcoming in-store experience.
• Schedule next appointment at checkout to encourage repeat visits.
• Accurately log messages and maintain open communication with team management.
• Educate clients on services, retail products, and promotions.
• Handle cash and credit transactions following established protocols.
• Maintain brand standards in waiting and reception areas.
• Assist clients and address inquiries to resolve concerns and enhance experience.
