Job summary

Tricoci is seeking a Service Support Assistant to help deliver an exceptional client experience in our salon and spa environment. You will assist clients, maintain cleanliness and comfort, and ensure refreshments and amenities are available throughout visits.

The role supports daily operations, including beverage service, housekeeping, and collaboration with team members to uphold Tricoci standards of cleanliness and client care.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships if needed.
• Able to stand on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard customer service at Tricoci Salon & Spa.
• Guide and assist clients during their visit in the salon/spa.
• Offer beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa areas and facilities.
• Ensure locker rooms and vanities are stocked with robes, towels, and amenities.
• Sanitize showers and maintain drains and walls.
