European Wax Center is seeking a results-driven Center Manager in Weston, FL to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and boost sales in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment. You will coach a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, manage scheduling and inventory, ensure health and safety compliance, and mentor staff toward KPI targets and financial acumen.

• 2+ years in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
