European Wax Center in Hollywood, FL seeks an Assistant Center Manager to lead a team and drive center performance in person. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a bonus structure.

You will oversee Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations while upholding health, safety, and brand standards. Strong leadership and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Assist in coaching, training, and providing performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen.
