European Wax Center in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our location. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales, manage schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for beauty, and a proven ability to exceed goals, with in-person work and a comprehensive bonus structure. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Growth mindset is key

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
