You will manage a high-performing team, oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment.

The role requires 2+ years in retail sales management or spa/salon leadership, a strong sales background, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
