Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin in the Texas Hill Country is seeking hospitality professionals to join our guest-focused team. You will welcome guests, assist with spa, fitness, wellness, and recreation bookings, and ensure a seamless visit through proactive service.

• Experience in hospitality or guest services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or specialized training preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team mindset.
• Comfort with learning reservation systems and proprietary software to support daily operations.
• Ability to stay calm and deliver service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service at spa, fitness, wellness, salon, and recreational services.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments; connect guests with wellness professionals.
• Manage guest arrivals and provide facility information.
• Answer calls and coordinate appointments; direct guests to appropriate departments.
• Process guest charges and maintain accurate records.
• Support spa operations by issuing equipment, managing lost and found, and assisting with opening/closing procedures.
