Male Spa Attendant, Kohler Waters Spa

Opportunity

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

Responsibilities of a Spa Attendant include:

• Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
• Attending to the Reception Desk in the lower level for client check-in, sandals, robes, and lockers
• Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and preparing them for pickup by laundry staff
• Distributing clean linens to storage areas and treatment rooms
• Maintaining neatness around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
• Assisting Group Coordinator with setup for special group requirements
• Keeping the reception area, retail centers, and floors clean and orderly
• Performing proper opening and closing procedures
• Assisting spa technicians with guest location, messages, or guest needs communication
• Providing high-level customer service to all spa guests

This is a part-time position, working weekdays and weekends, with weekends required. Working hours are from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Must obtain a Bartending License upon hire
• Prior computer experience is helpful
• Customer service experience is required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly pay range for this position is $15.00-$19.00, influenced by experience, education, and work location.
