Male Spa Attendant, Kohler Waters Spa

Opportunity

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

Responsibilities of a Spa Attendant include:

1. Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment.
2. Attending to the Reception Desk in the lower level for client check-in, sandals, robes, and lockers.
3. Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and assembling them for pick-up by the laundry staff.
4. Distributing clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms.
5. Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area.
6. Assisting the Group Coordinator with setup tasks for special group requirements.
7. Keeping the desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring clean and organized.
8. Performing proper opening and closing procedures.
9. Helping spa technicians locate guests, deliver messages, or communicate guest needs.
10. Providing a high level of customer service to all spa guests.

This is a part-time position, working weekdays and weekends. Weekends are required. Working hours are from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Must obtain a Bartending License upon hire.
• Prior computer experience is helpful.
• Customer service experience is required.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly pay range is $15.00 - $19.00, depending on experience, education, and work location.
