Job summary

Omni Viking Lakes Hotel is seeking a Spa Attendant, responsible for maintaining spa cleanliness and delivering superior guest service in a relaxing environment. The role includes greeting guests, restocking, and supporting safety protocols to ensure a smooth operation.

You will participate in ongoing training and uphold confidentiality while assisting guests with changing for treatments. The position is part-time with benefits such as dental and vision coverage, plus discounts at the spa,

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and guest experience focus.
• Team player with reliable dependability.
• Ability to fulfill on-call scheduling needs.
• Strong attention to detail in a spa environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is required.
• Good communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepares public spaces for guest arrival, including cleaning, stocking/restocking supplies, and replacing linen.
• Supports new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the spa to support sanitation requirements.
• Greets guests & members, providing information and directions as necessary.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Attend and participate in training and staff meetings.
• Handle maintenance reporting and ensure confidentiality/privacy at all times.
• Communicate with management about incidents requiring attention.
• Assist guests with changing and dressing for spa treatments.
