Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to warmly greet guests and guide them through spa and fitness amenities at our wellness destinations. You will help maintain spotless, safe facilities and assist guests with equipment, pool areas, and engagement across the guest journey.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, basic computer skills, strong communication, and a positive, reliable attitude to deliver exceptional service every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor in all situations.
• Ability to multitask while delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting visitors and guiding them through spa and fitness facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in gyms, studios, courts, and pool areas.
• Monitor outdoor pool area; arrange chairs, replenish supplies, and keep space inviting.
• Ensure guest safety by guiding equipment use and assisting with saunas and whirlpools.
• Stock towels and supplies to maintain readiness and guest comfort across spaces.
• Anticipate guest needs and create welcoming experiences throughout visits.
