Canyon Ranch is seeking a dedicated professional to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Spa Attendants, ensuring staff have the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach colleagues, support spa operations, supervise cleanliness and readiness of locker rooms and hydrotherapy areas, and maintain safety and service standards across all spa spaces.

This role requires strong communication, organizational abilities, and a collaborative approach,

Qualificações

• 1–2 years in hospitality, guest services, spa or related customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, colleagues and partners.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop others effectively.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Spa Attendants to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor colleagues through hands-on training, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Partner with spa leadership to support daily operations, scheduling, and service standards.
• Maintain visible presence in spa facilities, assist guests and team members, resolve concerns.
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, safety, and readiness of locker rooms, lounges, hydrotherapy areas, and other amenities.
• Monitor facility conditions, inventory, equipment, and supplies to enhance safety and guest experience.
