Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Waco, TX is seeking a dynamic spa associate to join our new Central Texas Marketplace location. You will be a key link in delivering outstanding guest experiences and supporting a friendly, professional team.

The role emphasizes customer service, appointment booking, sales of memberships and upgrades, and maintaining a pristine spa environment. A positive attitude and multitasking ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and spa software (will train).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to members/guests.

• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades.
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance.

With a new location in Central Texas Marketplace in Waco, TX we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated spa associate to join our team. You are a critical link in ensuring our customers' experience in our spa is nothing less than OUTSTANDING!

The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Ensure the spa is organized and clean

• Perform various other duties as assigned

What’s in it for you?

• Starting hourly wage of $15 plus commissions with monthly performance based advances to a potential of an hourly wage of $15.50, $16.00, and $17.00.

Job Requirements:

• At least a High School Education or equivalent
• Available to work during the summer months.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Software (will train) and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
• Outgoing, positive personality that loves interacting with clients and guests
• Must observe the front desk operations prior to interview

Shifts Available:

• Sunday 1:30-8:30pm
• Monday 2:30-9:30pm
• Tuesday 2:30-9:30pm
• Thursday 2:30-9:30pm
• Friday 2:30-9:30pm
• Saturday 1:30-8:30pm

Will need to work with other Spa Associates to cover time off requests and any team members missing work for other reasons.
