What You’ll Do:

• Welcome Guests with a Smile – Be the first friendly face our clients see and set the tone for a relaxing visit.


• Educate & Recommend – Share the benefits of our membership program and spa services in a genuine, informative way.


• Stay Connected – Follow up with guests via phone, text, or email to answer questions and encourage return visits.


• Manage the Flow – Handle check-ins, bookings, and payments using our scheduling software.


• Support Sales Goals – Help the team meet monthly membership and service targets—bonuses available!


• Be a Team Player – Collaborate with massage therapists, estheticians, and fellow front desk staff to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:
