Job summary
Hand and Stone in Waco, TX is seeking an enthusiastic spa associate to join our team at the new Central Texas Marketplace location. You will be a key link in ensuring our guests have an outstanding spa experience.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, booking appointments, selling memberships and upgrades, and promoting wellness benefits while maintaining a pristine, professional environment. Evening shifts available and growth opportunities offered.
Qualifications
- Be service oriented and enjoy working with different types of clientele.
- Be outgoing, friendly, and energetic; thrive in a sales-based environment.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize during times of high stress.
- Be a quick learner and enjoy educating clients and sharing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to members/guests.
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades.
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
- Ensure the spa is organized and clean.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
