Hand and Stone Culver City is currently seeking outgoing Spa Associates for our beautiful, busy ten-room spa. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

1. Meet membership sales goals
2. Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
3. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting relationships
4. Capable of working flexible hours
5. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
6. Uphold spa cleanliness standards
7. Bring a positive and energetic attitude
8. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
9. Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Zenoti POS (will train), and basic accounting principles.
2. Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease while focusing on the guest
4. Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
