We are currently hiring a Spa Associate specializing in membership sales. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise with over 550 locations across the US and Canada, specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services.

Your Role in Our Success

• Achieve membership sales goals; experience in commissions is a plus but not required
• Learn and communicate our full menu of services
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Maintain cleanliness standards of the spa
• Represent the spa positively as the first point of contact
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform administrative tasks
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Other duties as assigned
