Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Lake Forest, CA, is currently interviewing for a Spa Associate specializing in membership sales. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 550 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in membership-based spa services industry.

Your Contributions to Success:

1. Meet membership sales goals; experience in sales is helpful but not necessary.
2. Build client and member relationships, educate on service options tailored to their needs.
3. Learn detailed knowledge of our services; training provided.
4. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
5. Work flexible shifts, including weekends, as our business operates 7 days a week.
6. Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively.
7. Maintain spa cleanliness standards.
8. Bring a positive attitude; be the first impression at the front desk.
9. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage documents.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
2. Must be 18 years or older
3. Strong organization and attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
