SALES SPA ASSOCIATE

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a part-time Front Desk Spa Associate at our Spring location. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

Primary Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Meet or exceed spa membership goals
2. Be a team player! Be part of a positive and mindful work environment
3. Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
4. Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
5. Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
6. Provide excellent, warm customer service to members/guests
7. Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
