Job summary

You will manage the construction project sales team while implementing strategic direction and employee development initiatives. This role requires business-related travel throughout the territory.

Your primary responsibilities include directing a sales team, educating on lighting and product trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance project support and execution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel between branches and work overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Construction Project team to meet business goals.
• Interact with contractors, architects, and engineers for project recommendations.
• Educate team on lighting and code updates.
• Analyze quotation data for product performance insights.
• Collaborate on cross-regional project support.
• Negotiate project deals with key suppliers and manage pricing.
• Support utilization of eCommerce tools for sales.

Skills

Proficient PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities

Ability to work quickly and accurately under time constraints

Education

Four-year college or university degree or 10–15 years related experience
