Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking an Area Manager - Construction Projects for the Southwest Super District. You will drive the construction project sales team, align with the business plan, and oversee product proposals for contractors, architects, and engineers.

You will travel as required and lead a team of specialists and project managers, focusing on growth, training, and improving margin through strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel overnight and between branches across the territory.
• Self-starter with interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports include Lighting Specialist, Gear Specialist and Project Managers.
• Meet/exceed goals as outlined in business plan/budget.
• Interact with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners to propose products for construction projects.
• Train and develop project team to lead in lighting, gear, and latest codes.
