Job summary

Creative Environments Dsn & Ldscp in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead regional sales execution, designer accountability, customer experience, and operational alignment across the Tempe market. This role partners with Area Managers to drive performance from lead to contract and turnover.

You will coach Designers, oversee pipeline reviews, maintain CRM accuracy, and ensure projects meet Creative Environments standards while protecting customer satisfaction and regional reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience with proven success leading teams.
• Minimum 3 years of people management including coaching and performance management.
• Experience managing sales forecasts, pipelines, KPIs, and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales execution and pipeline performance across the assigned region.
• Develop Designers and maintain accountability to CE sales process.
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting meetings.
• Monitor lead conversion, proposal activity, and CRM accuracy.
• Ensure alignment between sales and operations for project delivery.
• Protect customer experience and regional reputation.
• Drive regional accountability and performance metrics.
