Aston Carter is seeking an Account Development Executive to drive partner recruitment in the Reno and Tahoe area. You will conduct door-to-door outreach, pitch the program, and guide businesses through the application and onboarding process while collaborating with a Field Manager.

The role blends field sales, community engagement, and CRM pipeline management, with travel within the two-hour radius and uncapped bonuses and commissions based on partner conversions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Outside or field sales experience, including door-to-door activity.
• Hands-on CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent customer service with ability to build rapport.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and credible representation in the local business community.
• High urgency with a results-driven approach to outreach and conversions.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving in the field.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple systems and data tools.
• Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door visits to recruit new delivery partners.
• Present and pitch the program benefits and requirements.
• Qualify prospects and guide them through onboarding.
• Lead Salesforce pipeline management and activity tracking.
• Assist Field Manager with community recruitment events.
• Build relationships with local organizations to drive referrals.

• Travel up to four hours round trip daily as needed.
