Girls on the Run Minnesota is seeking a Regional Manager to lead programming and drive sustainable growth in Rochester and Southern Minnesota. The role combines program operations with community engagement, partnerships, and volunteer support across multiple sites.

Based in Southern Minnesota (Rochester preferred) with regular travel and one day per week in the St. Paul office, you will oversee program quality, volunteer training, and regional development to expand GOTR’s reach and impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in nonprofit program management, community engagement, or volunteer coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Manage seasonal program operations for Southern Minnesota sites, coordinating timelines, materials, and communication to support high-quality program delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise program sites and volunteer coaches.
• Facilitate coach training and conduct site visits to support program implementation.
• Serve as primary contact for regional coaches and manage regional materials, certifications, and records.
• Lead Camp GOTR in Southern Minnesota and contribute to regional growth and community engagement.
