This remote role is based from home with occasional visits to headquarters in Eau Claire, WI; candidates must reside in Minnesota

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience managing complex technology, software delivery, or enterprise programs.
• Proven ability to manage action registers, backlogs, and integrated schedules.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into executable program plans with owners, milestones, and dates.
• Build and manage integrated delivery schedules across multiple programs.
• Own and maintain the action register as the single source of truth for commitments.
