Job summary

Via in Rochester, MN is seeking a People Operations Regional Manager to support our local team and multiple Central Region services. This hands-on role focuses on policy implementation, compliance, employee support, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The position requires in-person work five days a week in Rochester, with occasional travel to other sites. You will partner with the central HR team to drive process improvements and ensure an excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR operations or related role.
• Experience with unionized populations and collective bargaining agreements.
• Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA).
• Based in Rochester, MN area and comfortable working in person 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to off-boarding).
• Manage workers' compensation and unemployment claims with compliance.
• Serve as trusted employee advocate, handling inquiries and investigations.
