Hire Up Recruiting is seeking a Regional Director for Minnesota to lead multiple early childhood schools in the Minneapolis area. You will guide school leaders, drive growth, and ensure safety, staffing, and financial health across five locations.

Ideal candidate brings multi-site ECE leadership, P&L management, and proven coaching ability. This high-impact role blends on-site leadership with travel and message-reinforcing culture building.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Experience managing multiple ECE locations.
P&L, budgeting, and operational metric oversight.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational support across five or more locations.
Develop and coach School Directors and leadership teams.
Ensure safety, staffing, financial health, and high performance.
Oversee budgeting, profitability, and key metrics.
Drive enrollment growth and family satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with licensing and employment laws.
Support inspections, self-reviews, and strategic initiatives.
Mentor leaders and foster a collaborative culture.
Travel regularly between assigned schools.
