Job summary

Girls on the Run Memphis Council is seeking an Executive Director to lead strategic planning, fundraising, and program expansion. The role focuses on developing partnerships with schools, donors, and community groups to advance girls’ health, confidence, and access to running-based programming.

The ED will manage staff and volunteers, oversee finances and KPIs, and collaborate with GOTR International while ensuring inclusion and effective program delivery across Memphis and surrounding

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading a department or nonprofit organization.
• Proven track record in fundraising, grant writing and budget management.
• Ability to communicate the mission of Girls on the Run and advocate inclusively.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for GOTR Memphis Council.
• Develop a sustainable revenue plan with grants and donor development.
• Oversee staff, volunteers, and coach recruitment while ensuring diverse representation.
