Job summary

TTG Imaging Solutions LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service the Southern California region, focusing on PET/CT and other imaging modalities. The role covers installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and performance optimization of advanced diagnostic systems from multiple manufacturers.

You will apply electronics, mechanics, instrumentation, and software knowledge to diagnose issues and ensure safe, accurate operation.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent OR BMET program
2+ years of experience servicing diagnostic or molecular imaging equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, diagrams, service manuals, specifications, and system data
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Install, service, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, modify, upgrade, and repair diagnostic and molecular imaging equipment at customer locations (PET, PET/CT, CT, SPECT, SPECT/CT)
Diagnose and resolve equipment failures by evaluating components; determine root cause and implement corrective action
Perform preventive maintenance and system modifications per manufacturer specs and company standards
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams; provide on-site support and training as needed
Maintain documentation of service activity, parts used, and technical findings
