Job summary

TTG Imaging Solutions LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, service and optimize PET/CT, CT, SPECT systems at hospital sites from Albany to NYC. You will diagnose electronics, mechanical, software, and imaging issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide on-site customer training and support.

Travel up to 75% may be required; strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing diagnostic or molecular imaging equipment (implied by role)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, diagrams, service manuals, specifications, and system data

Responsibilities

• Install, service, calibrate, troubleshoot, modify, upgrade, and repair imaging equipment at customer locations.
• Perform system installations and integrations to configure for clinical and technical environments.
• Diagnose and resolve failures across electronic, mechanical, software, networking, and imaging components.
