Job summary

TTG Imaging Solutions LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service the Southern California region with focus on PET/CT cameras and related modalities. The role encompasses installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of PET, PET/CT, CT, SPECT, and SPECT/CT systems.

You will use electronics, mechanics, software, and imaging knowledge to service systems and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline OR equivalent military training (BMET Program)
2+ years of experience servicing diagnostic or molecular imaging equipment
Demonstrated knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, mechanical systems, computer hardware/software, networking, instrumentation, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, diagrams, service manuals, specifications, and system data.
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Install, service, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, modify, upgrade, and repair diagnostic and molecular imaging equipment at customer locations, including PET, PET/CT, CT, SPECT, and SPECT/CT systems.
Perform system installations and integrations to configure equipment for the customer's clinical and technical environment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment failures by evaluating electronics, mechanics, software, networking, and imaging-system components; determine root cause and verify performance after repair.
Perform preventive maintenance, testing, validation, refurbishment, and system modifications per manufacturer specs and company standards.
Maintain regular communication with customers to assess satisfaction and support strong relationships.
Independently manage, prioritize, and schedule assigned service activities to meet customer needs and contractual commitments.
