Catalyst MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service PET/CT and other imaging systems across the Southern California region. You will install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment in hospital and clinic settings.

The role covers a range of modalities with emphasis on service quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. A strong electronics/mechanics background and 2+ years in imaging service are ideal.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of electronics, electrical and mechanical systems and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of experience servicing diagnostic or molecular imaging equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical docs, schematics, manuals and specifications.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Install, service, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites (PET, PET/CT, CT, SPECT, SPECT/CT).
• Perform system installations, integrations, and preventive maintenance per manufacturer and company standards.
• Diagnose failures, implement corrective actions, and verify system performance post-repair.
• Provide technical consultation and on-site support to customers and team members.
• Document service activity and maintain tools, parts, and compliance training.
