Job summary

MXR Imaging Inc. is seeking a CT/MRI/PET-CT Field Service Engineer to travel across the United States to service, repair, maintain, install and de-install medical imaging equipment.

You will troubleshoot with laptops and must be familiar with CT/MRI/PET-CT systems; OEM or third‑party training is a plus. The role requires on-site and phone support, PM planning, paperwork submission, and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive background in servicing Medical Imaging equipment.
• Willing to be on call, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone and on-site support as required.
• Plan, schedule, and execute all required PM activities.
• Installations and de-installations of on-site systems as needed.
• Maintain inventory and submit required paperwork.
• Collaborate with sales and operations on site and technical issues.
• Support Quality Management System maintenance and company initiatives.
