Job summary

TTG Imaging Solutions LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, and service advanced diagnostic imaging equipment across client sites from Albany, NY to New York City. The role involves troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and optimizing system performance for PET, CT, SPECT, and related modalities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in imaging service, strong electronics/mechanical skills, and the ability to read technical docs. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training in electronics/biomedical field.
• 2+ years of experience servicing diagnostic or molecular imaging equipment.
• Ability to read technical documentation, schematics, and manuals; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, calibrate, troubleshoot, upgrade, and repair PET/CT, CT, SPECT, and SPECT/CT systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose failures by evaluating electronic, mechanical, software, networking, and imaging components and verify performance after repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance, testing, validation, and system modifications per manufacturer and internal standards.
• Provide on-site technical consultation and training to customers and internal teams.
• Document service activity, parts used, and necessary follow-ups; maintain tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, radiation safety, QMS, WI, and other regulatory requirements.

Education

Associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Equipment Technology, or related discipline
