Job summary

TTG Imaging Solutions LLC in Albany, NY is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, repair, and optimize PET, CT, SPECT imaging systems at hospital sites across Albany to NYC. The role requires strong electronics, mechanics, and software troubleshooting skills and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include on-site service, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and providing technical support and training to customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline, or BMET training.
• 2+ years of experience servicing diagnostic or molecular imaging equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, diagrams, service manuals, specifications, and system data.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, modify, upgrade, and repair diagnostic and molecular imaging equipment at customer locations (PET, PET/CT, CT, SPECT, SPECT/CT).
• Perform system installations and integrations to ensure proper configuration for clinical and technical environments.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures by evaluating components; implement corrective action and verify performance after repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance, testing, validation, refurbishment, and system modifications per manufacturer specs and company standards.
