Energy Systems, a Generac subsidiary, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to own and expand our southern California territory. You will build relationships with customers, develop growth strategies, and execute territory plans to drive revenue while collaborating with Sales Leadership and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of sales experience in a related field, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of successful sales territory development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a regional sales plan to achieve territory objectives.
• Builds and manages client relationships to grow revenue.
• Conducts market and competitive research to identify opportunities.
• Collaborates with leadership to implement growth strategies and promotions.
• Maintains accurate customer and sales data in CRM/ERP systems.
