Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Regional Vice President for Southeast Sales, based in Atlanta, GA. You will lead a team of Regional Directors and Sales Executives to drive revenue, renewals, and cross-sell initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You’ll build a high-performing sales organization, inspire confidence with customers, and partner with senior leadership to execute strategy across multiple markets. Extensive travel to oversee regions is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a sales leadership role with 5+ years of managing managers
• Bachelor's degree required; valid driver’s license and driving record check
• Experience leading B2B sales teams selling data, analytics, and CRE tech; client-facing in CRE preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive double-digit annual sales growth for the Southeast region
• Develop and retain a high-performing team of Regional Directors and Sales Executives
• Penetrate major markets and expand cross-sales opportunities
• Hire, train and develop top-tier sales talent (A players) and ensure pipeline coverage
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with company strategy
