Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Southeast region, based in Atlanta, to lead a team of Directors and Executives. You will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a high-performing sales organization across multiple markets.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in B2B data/analytics sales. You’ll report to the senior leadership team, shape regional strategy, and champion a culture of performance,

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a sales leadership role, with 5+ years managing managers and 50+ direct reports.
• 10+ years leading sales in fast-paced, high-transaction environments with short sales cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive double-digit revenue growth for the Southeast region each year.
• Attract, develop and retain a strong team of Regional Directors and Sales Executives.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors to build high-performing sales leaders.
• Ensure Directors hire top-tier talent and develop A players.
• Identify training needs and address performance gaps across the team.
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet corporate goals.
• Build relationships with key customers to protect retention and grow accounts.
• Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the region.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Serve as a senior sales leader contributing to company-wide strategy.
