Job summary

Ritz Instrument Transformers USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across an assigned territory, building relationships with utility, distributor, and OEM customers.

You will drive opportunities, manage independent sales agencies, and promote Ritz products in a technical sales environment, with regular travel to support customer relationships and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field).
• Experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within the electrical power industry preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve order intake, revenue, and margin objectives in the assigned territory.
• Manage and support independent sales representative agencies to promote Ritz products and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with utility, distributor, and OEM customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and identify solutions for customer-specific applications.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to promote Ritz products and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely responses and high customer service levels.
• Review and negotiate commercial terms with utility and OEM customers.
• Monitor territory performance and market trends to support planning and forecasting.
• Gather competitive market intelligence and communicate pricing and product developments.
• Support promotional materials and sales literature; represent Ritz at events and visits.
