Ritz Instrument Transformers is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage independent sales representative agencies within an assigned territory. The role focuses on developing customer relationships across utility, distributor, and OEM markets, while supporting new business opportunities and achieving margin objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in technical sales, account management, or business development in power/industrial markets preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills essential.
• Ability to understand technical product specs and communicate solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet territory orders and revenue.
• Manage and support independent rep agencies to promote Ritz products.
• Build relationships with utility, distributor, and OEM customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
• Lead customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Engineering, and other teams for timely responses.
• Review commercial terms with utility and OEM customers.
• Monitor territory performance, opportunities, and market trends.
• Communicate competitive intelligence and market developments.
• Support promotional materials and sales literature development.
• Represent Ritz at customer visits, conferences, and events.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity.
