Job summary

ProMach's Brenton Engineering seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the South Central territory from Fort Worth, TX. You will develop leads, build strong customer relationships, and close deals by aligning packaging solutions with customer needs.

This remote role requires travel up to 70%, great presentation skills, and collaboration with engineering teams to deliver value and meet sales targets for ProMach brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven territory sales experience.
• Direct sales experience with leading domestic CPG companies.
• Four-year degree in Sales, Engineering or Business.
• Mechanical aptitude to understand packaging automation.
• Strong technical sales and polished presentation skills.
• Proven closing skills and prospecting ability.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and travel up to 70%.
• Excellent Excel/Word/PowerPoint and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts at all levels.
• Develop sales strategies, opportunities, and value-based solutions through end-user evaluations.
• Utilize sales/tools for presentations, calls, and prospecting.
• Create a territory schedule for regular client visits.
• Liaise between customer and engineering for project solutions.
• Ensure timely collection of project details for evaluations and quotes.
• Provide market intel to Product Line Manager for feedback.
• Partner with project management for seamless order transitions.
• Act with ethics and integrity in all dealings.
• Provide excellent customer service with urgency and professionalism.
• Meet or exceed sales forecasts and quotas.
